Step 1 — Reach Out and Check Availability
The first step is simple. Reach out to us through our Instagram DM or the booking link in our bio to let us know your event date, location, and the type of event you are hosting.
We will check our calendar and get back to you quickly to confirm availability. Because our calendar fills up fast — especially during graduation season in May and June and wedding season in summer — we always recommend reaching out as early as possible to secure your date.
Step 2 — Choose Your Package and Customize Your Overlay
Once availability is confirmed, we will walk you through our packages and help you find the right fit for your event size, duration, and budget.
One of the most exciting parts of this step is designing your custom overlay — the graphic that appears on every video your guests receive. We can customize the overlay with your name, event date, theme colors, logos, and more. Whether you want something elegant and minimal for a wedding or bold and festive for a quinceañera, we make sure your overlay matches your vision perfectly.
Step 3 — Event Day Setup
On the day of your event, our team arrives early to handle the full setup of the 360 platform, LED lighting, camera arm, and any additional equipment. You do not need to lift a finger.
Our on-site attendant stays with the booth for the entire duration of your package to assist guests, keep the energy high, and make sure everything runs smoothly from the first spin to the last.
Setup typically takes about 45 to 60 minutes, and we always coordinate with your venue ahead of time to make sure everything is ready to go before your guests arrive.
